2. Auto-rotary arm stretch wrapper
Design requirement
To the pallets after strapping, the wrapper will wrap them automatically, with auto film cutting, film sealing.
The film head could rotate, travel up and down on the arm, and the speed is adjustable.
The film could be stretched longer, and the stretch ratio is adjustable, with max stretch ratio 1:3.
The film could be clamped automatically; the film head could rot1ate and wrap the pallets automatically.
The control system applies the PLC programmable control, the wrap cycles, wrap times, top over height and reinforce can be set in the touch screen.
It is available to easily switch over the function of auto and manually.
