Customer introduction: This is a company specializing in corrugated paper production. It provides high-quality cardboard boxes for Fiji local water plants, Coca-Cola and other factories in Fiji.
In 2016, they invested in a set of Sinolion's end-of corrugated carton packaging lines to further improve production efficiency and meet the needs of the local market.
First look at the customer site：
The business team and the design team of both parties have discussed many times. Based on the customer's product information, efficiency, and venue layout, we finalized the final plan.
Pallet dispenser- Robot Palletizer -Strapping Machine -Top Sheet Dispenser -Rotary arm stretch wrapper
- The pallets dispenser will input the empty pallets automatically and the conveyors convey the pallets to palletizing position.
- The robot will palletize the pallets according to the set patterns. After palletized, the pallets will be centered and conveyed to the stretch wrapping position.
- The pallets will be transported to next position for strapping pallet, The strapper starts automatically , strap two bands. And enter to wrapping position, firstly automatic add top cover by top Sheet Dispenser.
- The wrapper will start to work as per the set parameters to finish the wrapping.
- After wrapping, the film will be cut automatically, also the film tail will be clamped by the clamp unit for the next wrapping preparation. At the same time, the film tails on the pallets will be hot sealed with the wind cooling for better sealing.
- The Conveyor will start to work to handle the pallets to the unloading conveyor, the forklift pick up the pallets and take away.

5.2. Rotary arm with film delivery device 1set
Open type film carriage, photoeye is installed on the carriage, automatically detect the height of the pallet
Film Pre-stretch ratio: 250% (1:3.5).
5.3. Film auto feeding and cutting device 1set
When the film tail is released from the clamp, the air blower will blow the film tail up, then the film tail will be wrapped by Stretch Film and keep it tightly with the pallet to ensure no film tail produced.
